What is Quality?

Quality is providing products or services in accordance with customer specifications, that will meet the customer's expectation and even its exceeding. 

What is Assurance?

Assurance is a positive declaration of a product or service, which gives confidence. It is the certainty of a product or a service is providing a guarantee that the product will work without any problems as per the expectations or requirements.

How to do Quality Assurance? 

Quality Assurance methodology has a defined cycle called as PDCA cycle, Shewhart – Deming cycle. PDCA cycle has been integrated into the QMS diagram as below:

These all above steps are repeated to ensure that processes followed in the organization are evaluated and improved on a periodic basis.
•    Plan - Planning and establishing the process related objectives and determine the processes that are required to deliver a high-Quality end product
•    Do - Developing and testing of processes and also doing required changes in the processes
•    Check - Monitoring of processes, modify the processes, and check whether it meets the predetermined objectives
•    Act - Implementing actions that are necessary to achieve improvements in the processes

Difference between Quality Control and Quality Assurance?

Just to clearly understand the difference between quality control - QC and quality assurance QA. Quality control is to examine the product or service and check for the result, but Quality Assurance is examining the processes and make changes to the processes due to prevent possible non-conformance which is led to get the end-product.

CPC QMS System

Integrated Management System (IMS) has been established in 2009 and certified by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

Establishing and using QMS to ensure in getting consistent, good quality products and services and brings the following advantages, such as:

One of the main documents of the QMS is Quality Policy, which is shall describe the main direction within Quality Management System, management commitment, and its responsibility.

As per applied ISO standard requirements, CPC has established Quality Objectives and its achieving process is timely monitored. CPC is implementing a set of management procedures, which are applying for production, safety, environment, and monitoring of the effectiveness of implemented processes. All kinds of activities and risk assessments are provided as documented information and its process steps clearly described in the dedicated procedures, plans, and manuals. The QMS drives continual improvement through thorough collection and analysis of data obtained through audits, verification, and inspection activities.

Therefore, CPC is implementing an audit program, that includes internal audits and audits for vendors or subcontractors. Quality audit schedule gives details of audit activities planned for a yearly period. Based on audits findings is implementing a management process that does not conform to specified requirements, which is guided by Nonconformity, Corrective & Preventive Procedure.

To provide continuous improvement CPC is timely conduct Management Review Meetings and analyses all outcomes by leading action register. Also, CPC conducting the Customer Satisfaction Surveys and analyze the rates of Customers satisfaction level for improvement.
